Accreditation for journalists

With online accreditation , you can obtain accreditation for the fair around the clock until the end of ART COLOGNE.
On-site accreditation is not possible. Only digital tickets will be issued.
Each media representative must register in person.
The ticket will be provided together with the public transport ticket in the ticket wallet in the ART COLOGNE APP no later than 14 days before the start of the event.

How it works - three steps to your visit:

1. How to get accredited

• You follow the accreditation link online accreditation
• Use it to register and create a personal Koelnmesse account and upload a legitimisation document.
• After successful authentication, you will receive a confirmation and can add your press ticket to the shopping basket.

2. Only digital tickets will be issued

• After registration, your accreditation will be checked.
• If you are accepted and/or rejected, you will receive an email from our accreditation team.
• After successful legitimisation, you will receive your press-ticket as a PDF file and Pass Wallet.

3. You come to ART COLOGNE

• The ticket in the ART COLOGNE app gives you access to the exhibition centre.
• ATTENTION: The press conference will take place on 07.11.2024 at the South Entrance

The accreditation of journalists for the purpose of reporting on Koelnmesse GmbH events is governed by Koelnmesse GmbH’s General Accreditation Guidelines for trade fairs in Germany, as described below.

We kindly ask all media representatives to observe these guidelines and seek accreditation in good time prior to the trade fair. An accreditation is granted solely for the purpose of journalistic reporting.
